Simon is only booking in Denver, CO. Are you committed to travel to Denver and have your project started and finished in this location? *
Based on Simon's style of large scale tattooing all projects required multiple sessions and they usually last from 5 to 7 hours. Do you agree to sit a minimum of 5 hours per session when working on your project and if you are unable to sit the minimum you will still be charged for the full session?
Deposit Policy * In order to reserve an appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required and this one must be sent using PayPal or Venmo. If you cancel or don't show up to any of your appointments the deposit will be forfeited. First deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the last appointment. Check the box to acknowledge you have read and agree with the deposit policy.
Simon is only booking creative freedom projects currently. He keeps your interests and body in mind while designing the work, but it is important that you are willing to come in with an open mind and trust in his art. By submitting this form you are agreeing to giving Simon full artistic freedom with this project.
